I've always wanted to just...cook, bake, and have a lot of fun doing it. I enjoyed having my hands wrapped in cookie dough, with flour stuck to them (which is not so enjoyable.) But...

there was one thing I got wrong about it all. I thought that to make something sweet, it needed sugar. I thought to make something filling, it needed carbs. I thought it was fine to accept the fries from fast food. You Only Live Once, right? Well, no.

The stuff we put in our bodies matters. When we ingest that sugary soda or sweet donut, it does not just stay there. It IMPACTS us in many different ways, which in turn causes severe health problems.

Moreover, I loved baking and cooking since I was little. I started with the Easy-Bake Oven, and still love to bake and cook today.

Yet when I started making keto cake and keto food, I fell in love with it, and realized that good food does not need bad ingredients.

You can still enjoy that piece of cheesecake, that chili, because you can make it all keto.
